Introduction

The OSC 3.0 Plus Online System is an online platform developed by the Ministry of Housing and Local Government (KPKT) to facilitate the submission, processing and monitoring of development plan applications through the One Stop Centre (OSC).

The system enables applicants to submit applications, upload supporting documents, make payments and track application status conveniently and efficiently.

Steps to Use the System

1. Access the OSC 3.0 Plus Online Portal

Visit the official portal at https://osc3plus.kpkt.gov.my.

2. Register a User Account

Click Applicant (PSP/SP) and select Register if you are a new user. Complete the required registration details.

3. Log In to the System

Enter your registered User ID and password.

4. Submit an Application

Select the relevant application type and complete the project information. Choose Johor as the state and Majlis Perbandaran Segamat (Segamat Municipal Council) as the relevant Local Authority.

5. Upload Supporting Documents

Upload the required plans, forms and supporting documents according to the prescribed checklist and application requirements.

6. Submit the Application and Make Payment

Review all information before submitting your application. Complete the required fee payment according to the system instructions and OSC requirements.

7. Track Your Application Status

Applicants can monitor application progress, technical comments and decisions through the OSC 3.0 Plus Online System.
