MOVING / NOT MOVING HAWKER LICENSE

General Information 
It is an offence under section 119 Local Government Act 1976, Act 171, upon any related by-laws that if someone conducts a business without any license from the Local Authority (in this case, Segamat District Council), if found guilty can be fined of not more than RM 2000.00 or imprisonment not more than one year or both.

Application Requirements 
Each application must include the following :-

• Mobile / Static / Temporary Hawker Application License Form which is complete.
• Each form must be attached with 3 passport size photographs
• A copy of Business Registration Certificate or certificate / authorization related to the business (if any)
• A copy of Certificate of Qualification of Occupancy / Copy of Approval to build a temporary shed and authorization from the land / premise owner.
