MDS Mission
- Development of Segamat City Centre needs to be integrated to create one complete trade and orderly service centre.
- As a town which considers the social importance and life's perfection, each neighborhood is required to have enough arranged social amenities.
- With the goal to create Segamat as a garden city, land development needs to be governed and standardized towards creating beautiful natural environment.
- Municipal development needs to be supported by road communication system and network comprehensiveness and effectiveness.
- Segamat will function as an important transit town in main route through suitable facility preparation and beautiful image.
MDS Vision
To create Bandar Segamat as the main attraction centre for economic development of Utara Wilayah Selatan Semenanjung Malaysia area, in addition to provide ample social facilities in a garden city environment.
