To provide feedback to the complainee within 7 working days
To issue Non-risky Business Licence within 1 day
To handle each compound appeal within 5 minutes
To investigate every complaint received within 24 hours and due course of action will be undertaken
To print and deliver tax bills within the stipulated time which is by 1 January (1st term) and 1 July (2nd term)
All payments can be performed within 14 days provided the payments are verified by the relevant divisions and all documents are valid
Licence renewal notice for hawkers and stalls will be issued before or on 31 October (1st term of the following year) and 30 April (2nd term of the current year)
Approval of extension / modification plans without plan amendments within a period of not exceeding 60 working days subject to complete applications
Approval of minor building works permit not exceeding 7 working days subject to complete applications
Further application for approval of building plans / extension/modification to be approved within 30 working days from the application receipt date
Results of planning permission will be obtained within 57 days from the application receipt date at the one-stop-centre.
Results of approval application to name the development area and street will be obtained within 57 days from the application receipt date at the one-stop-centre.
Approval for landscape planning application will be obtained within 57 days from the application receipt date at the one-stop-centre.
Preparation of reviews from external agencies will be issued within 14 days from the review request receipt date
Preparation of reviews from internal agencies will be issued within 7 days from the review request receipt date
Preparation of reviews for privatisation application will be obtained within 45 days from the application receipt date at the one-stop-centre.
Results for planning permission extension will be obtained within 30 days from the application receipt date at the one-stop-centre.
Emergency/fallen trees works will be carried out within 24 hours from the complaint receipt date
Approval for advertisement licence application within 14 days
Approval for banner permit within 15 minutes
Approval for licence approval application within 1 working day subject to proper documentation
