	Rental rates on the above is only for hall not including table, chairs and equipment, etc.

These rooms are exempted from charges for the following ceremonies: -

• Independence Day
• Birthday of the DYMM Sultan Johor & Yang Di Pertuan Agong Government official ceremonies
• Government official ceremonies

*Segamat District Council President have authority to reduce or increase the rental fee is fixed or waive payment of such discretion.

How to apply :

• Forward letter of application to rent / use the Segamat Multipurpose Hall / Kg Jawa Community Hall / Jementah Community Hall to Segamat District Council President no later than one month before the date of use.

Rules for the Segamat District Council Multipurpose Hall Usage

• All rental payments should be settled before using the Hall.
• Please bring along with you a computer printed copy of the payment receipt only when intend to use the Hall.
• User must be responsible towards the cleanliness and safety of equipment which are available inside and outside the hall during and after usage.
• User in strictly prohibited to bring any illegal food/drinks according to Islam, or anything which can disrupt/dirty the hall.
• The Segamat District Council has the right to terminate the Multipurpose Hall usage without providing any reasons.
• Any rules and conditions which have been determined are subject to the Segamat District Council amendment.

ATTENTION: Segamat District Council will not be responsible towards any form of accident or injury to the user property which occurs during the event of tenancy and during the usage of Segamat District Council halls.

For Government Statutory Bodies which intend to use Segamat District Council halls, should make an official application to the Segamat District Council President.
