General Enforcement Division
- To enforce Acts and Regulations adopted by Segamat District Council.
- To conduct security patrols throughout the Segamat District Council administrative area.
- To investigate and act on complaints relating to violations of the laws enforced by the Segamat District Council.
- To issue compound offer and notice for offences as provided under the laws enforced by the Segamat District Council.
- To perform confiscation on MDS stalls with arrears.
Traffic Division
- To enforce MDS road traffic Order (Parking Provision) (2003
- To conduct patrols in parking areas within the Segamat District Council administrative areas.
- To Issue Compound for offences under the Segamat District Council Road Traffic Order (Car Park Provision) (2003)
