EIDULFITRI RECEPTION & 2012 EXCELLENT SERVICE AWARD PRESENTATION
On 23 August 2013, the Segamat District Council held an Eildulfitri Reception & 2012 Excellent Service Award presentation and celebrated future hajj pilgrims, employees of 30-years service and future retirees. The programme was held at the Segamat Multipurpose Hall, Segamat.
The programme was officiated with a speech by the Yang DiPertua of Segamat District Council, En Ismail Bin Abu. The prize presentation ceremony commenced with a prize presentation for the 5S Rendang Cooking Competition, followed by a presentation of Eidulfitri decorations which was interspersed with lucky draws. Then, the event continued with a presentation of the Excellent Service, Future Hajj Pilgrims, 30-Year Service and Future Retiree Awards.
In addition, the event was also made lively with songs played while the guests dined. Among the items in the menu served were Briyani Rice, Satay, Mee Rebus, ice cream and many more.
The event ended with a 5S Practice Manual Launching gimmick, presentation of Raya money by the MDS Yang DiPertua and MDS Secretary and the main lucky draw with the grand prizes such as the ‘Fixie' bicycle, washing machine, ‘Tab' Smartphone and many other attractive prizes.
