CORPORATE UNIT
Introduction
The Corporate and Public Relations Unit liason unit between the department and the community. It comprises 3 staff, headed by the Assistant Information Officer, an Administrative Assistant and a General Office Assistant. It was established on 16 March 2011.
Function
- To receive and assist to resolve public complaints.
- To provide the right and beneficial information for the public pertaining to the department
- To safeguard and constantly improve the departments image.
- To maintain the quality of departmental services and delivery provided.
Objective
- To ensure that all complaints received will be attended to accordingly.
- To provide correct and accurate information to the public pertainting to the district council.
- To further enhance the departmental service quality and image from time to time.
- To evaluate customer satisfaction towards the services provided by the department.

- To respect and provide warm hospitality to customers performing transactions.
- To provide satisfactory services and hospitality to customers performing transactions
- To attend to all complaints forwarded to the department promptly and properly
- To provide beneficial information and knowledge to customers.
