ONE STOP CENTER UNIT (OSC)
Introduction
One Stop Center are established to ensure the implementation of improving the delivery system can be implemented more efficiently and comprehensively in order to improve the efficiency of public services and stimulate the economic growth in the country. OSC will simultaneously process land development applications (Section 124A and 204D NLC), planning permission and building plans.
Implementation of one-stop Center is a new ways to shorten the length of time for land development approval as an alternative to speed up the approval process and directly enhance the delivery system procedures and the process of land development proposal in the PBT to disclose comprehensive service, fast and accurate as well as meet the needs of the public.
Objective
- To coordinate and speed up the approval process of land development at the land Office and the PBT which covers planning permission application, building plans and other plans applications.
- Shorten the norm process for planning permission application, building plans and certification application for land development projects under the concept of Build Then Sell (BKJ), High Impact Projects and foreign investment and Government projects.
- Standardize the procedures and processes for planning permission applications, building plans and land development application with the provisions of the NATIONAL LAND CODE 1965 (Act 56), town and country planning Act 1976 (Act 172) and the drains, roads and building 1974 (Act 133).
Function
The function of the One-Stop Center are as follow :
- Accepts the applications for planning permission, building plans, earthworks and landscape plan of the applicant.
- Examine whether the development proposal received, meet the basic requirements or conditions imposed by the PBT.
- Make distribution of application to the Technical departments or stakeholders to obtain technical reviews.
- To monitor the applications that have been distributed.
- Inform the One Stop Center Committee on the development proposal that has been accepted.
- Get further feedback from technical agencies.
- Submit the development proposal verification and the premature calculation to get the approval from One Stop Center Committee.
- Acts as the Meeting Secretariat and set the date of the meeting will be held and prepare minutes of meetings and feedback for distribution to the One Stop Center Committee members.
- Distribute the results of the Committee's approval of the development proposal to the land administrator for Section 124A and 204D NLC applications.
- Provides the approval verification certificate to be brought to the Full meeting of the PBT.
- Distribute the official decision to the applicant.
