CORPORATE UNIT

Introduction
The Corporate and Public Relations Unit liason unit between the department and the community. It comprises 3 staff, headed by the Assistant Information Officer, an Administrative Assistant and a General Office Assistant. It was established on 16 March 2011.

Function

  1. To receive and assist to resolve public complaints.
  2. To provide the right and beneficial information for the public pertaining to the department
  3. To safeguard and constantly improve the departments image.
  4. To maintain the quality of departmental services and delivery provided.

Objective

  1. To ensure that all complaints received will be attended to accordingly.
  2. To provide correct and accurate information to the public pertainting to the district council.
  3. To further enhance the departmental service quality and image from time to time.
  4. To evaluate customer satisfaction towards the services provided by the department.

 

Client Charter

  1. To respect and provide warm hospitality to customers performing transactions.
  2. To provide satisfactory services and hospitality to customers performing transactions
  3. To attend to all complaints forwarded to the department promptly and properly
  4. To provide beneficial information and knowledge to customers.
